Not all differences between difficulties are listed on the main screen. Here are some of the biggest ones that didn't make it: Insane mode has to most amount of loot drops, 4-12 seconds, but is displayed as having the same amount as Easy (5-15sec) -Loot boxes disappear quicker on higher difficulties
