Ep 2 [Setting, savannah, HorizonPride camp] (Time skip 1 year from episode one, Nameless in now a young lioness) As Chestnut and Nameless make their way through the savanna, they stumble upon a startling scene. From behind a thicket, they see Ice, the pride leader, engaged in an intense discussion with a group of menacing hyenas. Ice: "We strike at dawn. The pride will never see it coming.” Hyena 3 : "It's about time we show them who's really in charge around here." Hyena 2: "Those lions won't know what hit them!" Hyena (Tayrin): Not so fast ice, whats in it for us?” (Cool voice as if its not asking a Question but stating a fact.) Ice: its simple. You do this, and i will- Tayrin: WHATS THAT! The two lions freeze, barely daring to breathe as they witness these unlikely allies hatching a sinister plan. Ice's powerful roars and the hyenas' menacing cackles fill the air as they plot to launch a surprise attack on the pride. Nameless: (worried but determined) "We have to warn the others. This is bad." Chestnut: (worried) "But how? They'll kill us if they find out." Nameless: (determined) "We have to try. It's our only chance to save the pride." Chestnut and Nameless exchange worried glances, knowing that they must act fast to warn the rest of the pride and stop Ice's treacherous scheme. Chestnut: "We have to tell the others what we saw. We can't let them walk into this trap." Nameless: "Actually I don't know if you should do this, He'll kill us if we tell anyone” Chestnut: (stutter) “but-” Nameless: (firm) “Don’t. Tell. Anyone.” Unfortunately, Chestnut shares the news with Poppy and Frost that evening in their den. Chestnut: (excited yet worried) "I have something to tell you, Poppy and Frost. I wish it wasn't true, but… Ice.. is planning with hyenas to attack the pri-” Nameless walks in on Chestnut telling them this. Nameless: (yell) “He told us NOT to tell anyone!”. Chestnut: (stuttering) “I.. I know, bu-” Nameless: (frustrated) “No more buts! Now come on, it's getting late, you should get some rest” Later at night. Chestnut: (worried) “I’m scared.” Nameless, (annoyed) ” you’ll be fine.” Chestnut. (Worried) “But what if i’m not?” Nameless: (annoyed) chestnut, you will be fine! Now please can you just sleep!”. Nameless awakes to Chestnut not being in her nest, and goes outside to see her body cold and bloody on the floor of dry grass. Poppy: (quiet) "I can't believe it. How could this have happened?" Frost: (quiet) "I never thought something like this would happen to Chestnut." Poppy: "We should have been there for her." Frost: (quiet) “she’s -” Nameless: (hard voice) “dead”. They see the rest of the pride slowly come out of their dens, each one with a look of horror on their face, yet Ice has no reaction, instead, his eyes are cold, almost telling them; I hope you've learned your lesson. The episode ends with a zoom in on the expression on Ice's face. which is a evil smirk/Satisfied grin [ End Ep 2. ]
