Use WASD or arrow keys to move. When the bully runs out of energy, she collapses. When the bully runs out of energy, run past the bully to win. Don't run out of energy because if you run out of energy, you get a game over. The Cooka-Colaa machine is used to get energy when you are low on energy. Click it to get energy.
