Here’s a little handbook of most fae creatures… Selkie: these creatures take the form of a seal whilst in water, but they transform into a human when on land. Selfies cannot stay away from the sea for too long, otherwise their lives are put in danger. Siren: beautiful, mermaid like creatures that use their voices to lure sailors from their ships. Sailors used to tie themselves to the mast and plug their ears so the siren could not enchant them. Ceasg: cousins of the mermaids, Ceasg are very annoying, though it has been said that when captured, they can grant you one wish in exchange for their freedom. Faeries: never tell a faerie your name. Once they have your name, they have complete power over you. They might also try steal a tooth from you, as this gives them access to your name as well. Please note that it is a very bad idea to enter a wager with them, as they are masters of trickery. Ghillie-Dhu (forest spirits): Ghillie-Dhu are very quiet souls. They wear cloaks of moss and they live in the heart of the woods, as they do not like to be disturbed. They are about the height of a small human child.
