Since Spark fist arrived at BE, Scarlet has been dying to ride him. Today I let her do some XC with him. 1-2: I gave Scarlet a leg up and she was up. 3-5: Scarlet warmed Spark up while I got some raised poles out. 6: Spark went over the poles no problem. 7: I them set up a small cross pole (about 40cm) and Spark jumped it no problem. 8: I them made an upright on the same holes as the cross pole (rough height 40-45cm). 9: To finish the warm up off, Scarlet asked for and oxer, so I did one (50cm first pole and 70 on the second) and Spark cleared it no problem. 10: We them headed off to the cross country course. We had already warmed up so we were ready to start straight away. 11: Spark flew over the first jump, careful to avoid the brush top. 12-14: Amazing jumps, nothing more to say. 15-17: Spark did amazing over these jumps, especially for a horse who can be hesitant in water. 18: Spark did a giant leap over this one, make Scarlet come a little off balance, but got over it quickly. 19-20: Good few jumps, amazingly handled by Scarlet when Spark spooked at his own shadow. 21-22: I'm currently making new jumps for the course, and I let Scarlet jump the ones that are made already.
