A: vi! i’ve also gone by violet (and starr and starling) and those are totally cool with me as well :D Q: First session? A: march 2020 Q: Favorite session? A: march 2022 or july 2023 maybe? i’ve loved all my sessions tho! Q: Least favorite session? A: maybe my first one cuz i was not active and was very confused XD Q: Favorite cabin? A: are we talking genre or theme or any cabin i’ve been in :0 i love thriller but i may just have a soft spot for it; sci-fi and fantasy ofc! Q: Have you ever been a (co) leader? A: yep, coed 3 times. Q: What was your favorite cabin you've (co)led? (if you haven't co-led a cabin yet, what's your favorite cabin you've seen made by others?) A: i’ve loved all of them but dystopian this session might be my favorite! Q: Someone you admire/look up to in SWC? (can be more than 1!) A: everyone is so cool~ but mayhaps alia? she’s just very cool :) Q: Favorite SWC inside joke? A: mangoes and arson are classic but i like toads and apples because i actually participated in the history as it was being made ;D Q: What cabins have you been in? A: fantasy, sci fi, adventure, script, folklore, thriller, dystopian 2x, and fan fi! Q: What was the account you used for your first SWC session? A: @needless2say Q: Favorite daily? A: i love the 5 word daily! Q: Favorite writing comp entry you've read? (yours or someone else's) A: i really need to read more but zai and alia’s fanfic entries like 2?? sessions ago (hadestown for alia and something i hadn’t read for zai) were both lovely. Q: Favorite Weekly? A: i really liked the weekly where we tried out lots of different subgenres! gothic, cashier memoir, etc ;D but also most project weeklies are super enjoyable for me Q: Favorite In-cabin activity? A: i liked fanfic prompts last session but tbh i’m not remembering many in cabin activities off the top of my head :( Q: What advice would you give to new swc-ers? A: don’t be afraid to ask questions ! everyone is super nice and welcome and wants to help! go introduce yourself in the main cabin or the big house - people will want to say hi~ so don’t be afraid of us :D Q: Favorite application idea you've seen? A: alex’s app this session with all the NYT games was super cool! Q: What inspired you to join SWC? A: to be honest it was a long time ago and i don’t really remember XD i’d been writing for a while by that point and wanted some encouragement and goals to do that more! Q: Your favorite piece you've written in SWC? A: i really like my last writing comp entry and also the fanfics crim and i have collabed on. i also have a piece i wrote a while ago for a daily and entered the writing comp that i’ve been thinking of re writing because the idea is THERE. XD Q: A suggestion for SWC? A: i know we share past leader forums but maybe making that more obvious or well known to campers would be nice so people can get an idea of what goes on behind the scenes if they want to? :) Q: What you like best about a cabin? (in cabin activity, leader quality, etc.) A: i love an engaging storyline and focus on building relationships with a bit of friendly competition! Q: Favorite Word wars prompt? A: i don’t remember them super well :( maybe the one about making pastries at midnight? i wrote a story about a ghost off that one Q: Favorite thing about the SWC community? A: how fun and chaotic and kind everyone is! Q: If you were a SWC host for a day, what would you implement or change? A: to be honest if i had one day i probably would be so busy figuring everything out that i wouldn’t end up actually changing anything XD Q: Favorite thing about being a (co)leader? A: the community and coming up with the storyline and meeting campers! (that’s three things but oh well)
