"Timothy peered into the strange vessel, shining his flashlight into it. Looking around, the thing reminded him of the airplane cockpits his dad had shown him so many times. A sudden movement around what Timothy assumed was the pilot place thing startled him, making him drop his flashlight with a loud clatter. He uttered a word he knew he'd be in serious trouble for saying, and bent down to pick up the light. When he could finally see again, he saw something that had not been there before. Startled, he jumped back, nearly dropping his flashlight again. The thing started flashing bright lights, blinding Timothy. Stumbling backwards and rubbing at his eyes, he heard a weird chittering noise, that drew closer. When he opted his eyes, he was frightened by the bug like creature right in front of him, patterns along its limbs and abdomen flashing. Scared, he ran away from the creature, and into the dark woods." Initially reported by 12 year old Timothy Sander to a local police station in Iron County, Wisconsin, the report was dismissed as a hallucination. However, many more reports began to spring up, much to the surprise of faculty working in the area. No evidence of the creature, dubbed the Firefly, could be found, so once again, it was dismissed. That was, until one staff member reported seeing the creature. Several more staff reported seeing the Firefly, and soon, an investigation was launched. Following the young Sander boy, the team was lead to a strange metallic vessel clearly designed for interstellar travel. While the creature itself has still yet to be found, much more evidence of its existence has been found, including a shed exoskeleton, insect like footprints, excrements that belong to an unidentified creature, largely assumed to be the Firefly, and strangely enough, traces of bioluminescent bacteria on stones and trees. Abilities: Most reports detail that it flashes at them, usually coupled with a quiet chittering sound. A few people have reported seeing it flying around, flashing.
