so i saw that scratch imports gifs a little funkily, so i decided to make a system that instead of playing the frames in order of placement, it plays the frames in order of their number at the end WARNING: this only works for gif that are a maximum of 30 fps, since it matches scratch's maximum fps, to learn how many fps the ORIGINAL video has, right click the video in the file explorer on your pc, click properties, details, scroll down a little and you will see frames per second, if its 30, its just right for this engine, if your video is 60 fps or higher, use an fps converter or something
