This project is to raise awareness about Salish Sea orcas.❤️ Here's a little bit more about them: ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Salish Sea orcas, also known as the southern resident killer whales, are becoming extinct. They are Canada’s most endangered marine mammal. These orcas are slowly starving to death due to the decline of their diets which consist of 90% Chinook salmon. There are approximately 75 Salish Sea orcas left and this number is decreasing rapidly!! ☹️ (I wrote this part) ===Gameplay===: -You are the ONE and ONLY Salish Sea orca left. Your goal is to avoid the nets. ⛓️ -If you get captured by the nets, the Salish Sea orcas will go extinct! (Only if your orca population is 1. For example, if it's 2, then once you get captured by the nets your orca population will be 1.) ❌ -If you get hit by a sound wave, you immediately lose. ❌ -Collect the salmon to earn points. ✅ -Every time you eat 10 salmon, a new orca appears. ✅ If the orca population reaches 20, you WIN!!!
