They had a close connection with the physical world and its inhabitants, being able to explore it for short periods of time. Byte was a Digital Soul who lived with many other entities under King Noble's rule. Everything seemed fine until Noble started to become power-hungry, and decided to wage war against the physical world. Many Digital Souls were astounded and upset by this. Numerous Digital Souls told Noble to stop what he was doing, but he continued. Byte, and many others were fed up with his actions, so Byte formed a group to stop him. They then trained for months, even years on end. After a fierce battle took place, they came out on top, Byte being chosen as the leader. King Byte then made peace with humanity, and the two worlds then lived in peace.
