July 2, 2024: Hurricane Beryl peaks at around 09z with winds anywhere from 165 mph to 175 mph, undoubtedly the strongest July storm on record in terms of winds. Beryl is the earliest Cat 5 in the basin and has broken numerous records throughout it's life.
This project exists for archival purposes to capture historical moments in tropical cyclone history. This is one such historical moment. Enjoy this snap of history.
