You NEED Scratch 1.4 or any modification of that with Mesh enabled. Then, you connect to 'voxinfinitus.net'. The rest should be quite obvious.
I have modified the original Chat.py 4.0 client so you have some commands. Thanks to Magnie and zippynk for creating the original project.
