This is version 0.9 beta. This was moved to beta at version 0.5, and NEXT UPDATE, 1.0, this project will move to full release Time spent so far (these values are rounded to the nearest 5 mins) : Total - 12 hours 20 mins Code - 8 hours 20 mins Sprites and costumes - 4 hours 0 mins Change log: 11/07/2024 - V0.9 [Beta] {Final Beta Version}: This MIGHT be one of the biggest updates to the game yet, AND I PLAN ON TOPPING IT with update 1.0. # i have basically had daily update since beta release, but update 1.0 might take over a day or 2 as i plan on adding some very huge features, so this one might take a while. -Added canon-ball items that fall and can be collected ~Press X to switch between shooting data and shooting canon balls as long as you have at least 1 canon-ball, then press space to shoot the canon-balls. They can destroy 1 asteroid, which will give you 3 score! Triple the amount shooting data at satellites give you. -Added a pause screen, press P to pause now! -When moving, items, satellites and asteroids now move with the backround ~This actually makes the game easier as they move towards you when you move towards them -Added backround music, and i used the song power-up on YT and its absoultely amazing! -You are now FORCED to click the flag at least 2 times -The changelog has been updated to have a small description of the update at the start, and ~ behind points means that they are describing the previous - point. # means an announcement -I had to temporarily remove the alpha part of the changelog, but it should be added back very soon as i plan on moving the entire changelog inside the project in 1.0 10/07/2024 - V0.8 [Beta]: -Added a world record feature the first world record is 40 by my alt . it is pretty realistic and simple to beat -Made an attempt to fix the bug causing some scripts to not run without forcing you to click the flag a minimum of 2 times, but if i experience that bug again you will be unable to play without pressing 2 times. The bug MIGHT just be a turbowarp thing though. -Added some text saying '1 version until full release' to the thumbnail -Fixed a bug where when the timer reaches 0 an instant after you earned collected anything that increases time the timer will no longer go down. 09/07/2024 - V0.7 [Beta]: -Found a huge bug with SCRATCH, not my game, where when you click the flags some scripts dont run causing you to not die when you should. The best fix currently is to click the flag twice or more, so in the next version there will be some code enforcing the flag is at least clicked 2 times -Added a 'Try Again' button -Changed around the scrolling background to be slower and less buggy -Updated instructions 09/07/2024 - Ok, so a problem - There is a limit in the notes and credits and the current notes and credits is too long for me to keep updating the changelog. To fix this, I have temporarily removed the 'why this was made' section, but eventually i will have to move it all into the actual project instead of here. 09/07/2024 - While working on V0.7, I became a scratcher! As I am no longer a new scratcher I now have access to cloud variables so once V0.7 is done in V0.8 features like a world record feature and other cloud features will be added! 08/07/2024 - V0.65 [Beta] {Mini Update}: -Updated the backround scrolling so it can go left and right and going forwards makes it look like you are going super fast! -Mini updates will now come out a short while after updates sometimes, containing 1 or 2 features releated to the update. 08/07/2024 - V0.6 [Beta]: -Fixed a bug where the timer will keep going below 0 is it goes from 0.5 to -0.5 -Made the backround scroll -Remembered I added the ability to click to shoot instead of pressing space and I am pretty certain that was added in v0.3 but i forgot to put it into the changelog, so now I am mentioning it here -Made half the update on 05/07/2024 and didn't work on it for 3 days, then I continued work today (08/07/2024) so i forgot what i added earlier other then fixing the bug... 03/07/2024 - V0.5 [Beta] {Beta Release!}: -Project is now in beta, and a separate version to the alpha project now -Added 'life' hearts that can fall from the sky and give you lives and a bit of time (1 life,0.5 time, 0.5 score), along with huge lives (3 lives, 2 time, 1 score). -Added 'time' clocks that fall and give you 3 seconds of extra time -Fixed a bug where you would instantly die again after dieing and clicking the flag. -Removed shout-outs for first follower and first veiw+comment, but they are still in the archives on ! -Updated thumbnail -Dieing now doesn't show the thumbnail behind the gave over screen
