This is the second half of part 4 to the spinoff of @DEMOMAN9000's adventure series. Continue the story here from where you left off at Part 4. -----Controls--------------------------------------------------------- The controls for Rainfire are the same as the previous part. WASD - Move around Space - Default shot/Gilburt's Missile Q and E - Move Gilburt. You are assisted by a small robot known as Gilburt, whose main gimmick is to absorb certain coloured enemy projectiles that hit him, to charge up your special weapons. Whenever you fire, Gilburt also fires a missile that can take out any aerial enemy with a few-second delay. 1 - Spreader Laser. A forward-facing cutting beam which works similarly to MUSHA's beam, but with twice the area of effect. It starts with a maximum of 15 charges, but Gilburt will refill it by 1 when he is struck with any blue projectile. 2 - Checkered Plane Call. Call in a quartet of Checkered Planes to come to your assistance, as they shield you from enemy fire and barrage the foe with lasers. It starts with a maximum of 10 charges, but Gilburt will refill it by 1 when he is struck with any pink projectile. 3 - Bomber Strike. Call in a checkered bomber to strike the entire area with several thunderbolts, causing several screen-covering explosions which destroy all projectiles and easily break down the enemy's defense. It starts with a maximum of 5 charges, but Gilburt will refill it by 1 when he is struck with a red projectile. In addition to Gilburt's bullet-absorbing system, small red or blue planes will now occasionally fly in to drop special Power Capsules. They vary in 3 sizes and can refill your weapon gauge depending on the colour, in which they come in 3 colours which are the same colours in correspondence to the coloured bullets Gilburt can absorb. Small ones fill a gauge by 1, medium ones by 2, and big ones by 3. They'll appear randomly throughout the stage and always prior to a sub-boss (save for the first one in the game) and boss, but don't rely too much on them, they're only very occasional. -----Story------------------------------------------------------------- Kokoro and her team have dispatched the upper layers of the Crimson Imperial's Syrian desert base, but without any ammunition left, I-13 and the Dubai military troops are forced to retreat. Now alone, Kokoro needs to venture deeper into the base to find and destroy the headquarters and arrest the mysterious Commander Opressor. However, the danger in the base increases the further deeper Kokoro goes, and the base's remaining defenses have many surprises up their sleeves. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
