CURRENTLY DOES NOT SUPPORT DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME-- REASON BELOW: DST is in the hands of politicians. Even the time zones themselves are in the hands of politicians. Furthermore, only some countries follow DST; if they do, they may have different times to start observing DST. And even that could change... I would need a lookup table or to constantly update the times (which I do not have the time for), so as of now, asterisks (*) are used as indicators that the location follows Daylight Saving Time.
