I don't really have the time to draw, and I am pretty bored of scratch right now. In fact, scratch is bugging me. Almost all my messages are from studios. I think you could agree with me when I say that most scratch projects don't get the attention, love, or support they deserve. It's starting to feel like a waste of time. When I first joined scratch, it was a fun new environment. There was nothing like it. But now that I've been here some 4ish years, my passion for it has died down. It went from me having lots of attention or getting on trending to me feeling like I'm posting my art (which takes a lot of time to draw) to strangers who take my art for granted, not even considering the time and effort put into each one. The ones who click on your project, think, 'okay,' and move on. The ones who criticize your art in a non-constructive way. The ones who had never done anything for you (not even like a project) and demand you make them art. Don't get me wrong, there are some amazing people out there who support me and enjoy talking to me. If you are one of those people, just know you're the reason I still enjoy scratch and I really care about your support. <3 Anyways, I will still check messages but posting will slow down. But for the most part, I want to have more time offsite and stop thinking about my messages (especially when there are none) Thanks for reading my inactivity notice/vent :P
The DTIYS will still be released at 1k. Edit: I know I talk about how people click on your projects and just leave, and I'm not trying to say that you have to like or comment on all of my, or anyone else's, projects. The point I was trying to make was that you should put some thought into a piece of art. How long it might have taken, the details, etc.
