Hello and welcome to the re-write of one of my oldest scratch novels, that I've been planning to re-write for a while. Prologue DEAREST READER, I wish I could tell you it all ends well. I wish I could tell you everything will be fine. I’ve kept these secrets with me for so long. Too long. You deserve to know. For as I write this, they are gathering their army. Preparing to attack. Preparing for the largest fight of their lives. One that may end their lives. If only they knew I’ve been watching over them for years now. I could help them. For I see all and I am all. Alas, I cannot. Knowing of me would break them. Knowing of me would break everyone. I am as old as time, yet as young as an infant. I am the great creator and the great destroyer. I am life and I am death. I am many things. I could be considered the grand all. As I have watched them I have learned things. Things that I thought I’d never know. But my knowledge comes at a cost. Never telling anyone. But sense things are all going downhill, I suppose I could tell you now. If I die, I cannot have these secrets go with me. Be prepared what lies ahead. Believe me, If I could change their fates, I would. Sadly, some things cannot be changed. All stories are the same. Even if they are different. The beginning, the middle and the end. No more. No less. The villain always loses and the hero always wins. But this story is different. It has thousands of beginnings and thousands of endings. Things are not always as they may seem. There is not one main focus, or character. Everyone is important. Everything. Pay close attention to every detail. It might just change the world for you. Secrets are what shape the world. Lies are what break it. But when you have a secret and a lie, it creates new beginnings and new endings. But there is a darkness to that. New beginnings aren't always good. New endings aren’t always good. Most of the time they are bad. But mankind has an attendancy to tell people that they are good, feed others lies to make others and themselves believe it will all be good. If it would bring you pleasure, put this book on a shelf and forget all about this, live your normal life without a shadow of a doubt of what they tell you. I’ll start this story the way it deserves. Not with action, or a calm Saturday morning. The story is so old yet so young. There is only one way to start it: Once upon a time not so long ago, four children were destined to change the world forever…
