Left and right arrows to move S to rotate (or up arrow) Down arrow to speed up.
I made it so that above level 157 it has a 70% chance of triggering a game crash. This is what makes it real NES Tetris. There is also more triggers along the way, figure out by yourself. You need to really grind this game to get there though.
