All skills start at 15, which is about average. The player gets 10 points to add to any stat of their choosing. You cannot put more than four points into a single stat to begin with. You may reduce skills to gain back points, though you can’t reduce them past 10. You cannot have more than ten expendable points at one time. If you can’t decide which stats to buff out for your character, here is an overview of stats and what they do for you. To find your bonus, subtract 15 from the total value. Strength Strength improves skills such as close combat, carry weight, and heavy weapons. Strength is a good choice for close combat/ heavy weapon oriented builds. Agility Agility improves skills such as evasion, stealth, and disarming traps. Agility is a good choice for stealth/speed oriented builds. Skill Skill improves abilities such as gunskills, sharpshooting, and picking locks. Skill is a good choice for ranged/ infiltration oriented builds. Intelligence Intelligence improves skills such as knowledge, crafting, and logic. Intelligence is a good choice for memory/ problem-solving builds. Charisma Charisma improves skills such as persuasion, deception, and trading. Charisma is a good choice for trade/ persuasion oriented builds. Stamina Stamina improves skills such as movement, endurance, and sickness resistance. Stamina is a good choice for athletics/ might oriented builds. Luck Luck improves skills such as loot chance, critical modifiers, and failing forward. Luck is a good general stat, as it improves your chances to get better loot and more damage. Reflex Your reflex allows you to execute actions on a different player or enemy’s turn. To attempt a Reflex, roll against the target’s Agility with yours. However, to qualify to roll, you must at least match the target’s Agility. Combat Class Different classes provide different ability and skill bonuses. When you create your character, pick one class. Combat Class Ability bonus Commando +1 Str +1 Skl +1 Sta Rifleman +2 Skl +1 Agl Sharpshooter +3 Skl Heavy +2 Str +1 Skl Duelist +1 Skl +2 Agl Assassin +3 Agl, Blade Artist +2 Str +1 Skl Crusher +3 Str Knife Master +2 Agl +1 Str After level 10, you may choose a second class. Hit Points Your Hit Points, or HP, is the maximum points of damage you can take before death. To find your HP, add 30 plus your Stamina and Strength. Every time you level up, add this same bonus to your total HP. Traits Traits are useful skills that improve your ability to do certain things. At level 1, pick one trait. Every other level, pick another.
