Discaimer: Some parts might have, blood, gore, and mild langauge ___________ "Mail's here," Isabell announced to her mom after returning from her and her twin sister's morning walk. She handed her mother, Jean, the letters they got from the mailbox. Hermione, Isabell's twin sister reached out for a book on the counter and started reading it, like always. Due to her dyslexia, Isabell never understood the joy of reading, not that she could make up what the words said anyway. "Letters from Aunt Annabeth, bills, advertisements and-," Jean stopped short when she reached an envelope with a red seal stamped with the letter H on it, addressed to Hermione Granger, the shared bedroom, "Hermione you got mail!" Hermione looked up from her book, "Why would anyone be writing to me?" she asked curiously. Isabell knew tons of reasons why people would write to her. Back at school, and, well anywhere, Isabell and Hermione were the most different pair of twins, Isabell was known as the unnoticed twin because she was known as, well, unseen, she never had any friends (unless you counted the gecko she found on their trip to Cuba when she was 3 but Hermione accidentally killed it when she said that it was her turn to play with it) got pretty bad grades, and was small for her age. Hermione was exactly the opposite, at school, friends always surrounded her, got excellent grades, and was pretty average height. Hermione almost snatched the letter from her mother's hands, "Dear Miss Granger," she read aloud so everyone could hear, "We are pleased to inform you that you have a at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of all necessary books and equipment. Term begins on September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31 Yours sincerely, Minerva McGonagall Deputy Headmistress" She looked shocked, and so did Isabell and Jean, witches and wizards didn't exist, magic wasn't real. "This is impossible," Hermione frowned, "magic only exists in books!" "I think it's certainly real," Jean said, "I mean, with all the strange incidents that have been happening around you..." Isabell agreed, no matter how popular Hermione was at school, strange things happened around her. Which often led her to the principal's office. "Can I read the letter?" Isabell asked, trying to grab the letter. She wanted to see if there was any mention of her in it. "No," she snapped swiping the letter, "you can't even read" Isabell felt her heart drop, it was true, even if she tried hard she couldn't find how to know what the words were trying to say. "Hermione!" Jean snapped at the younger twin, "say sorry to Isabell now!" Hermione rolled her eyes and said, "sorry, Isabell" "Great, we'll tell your father about this when he come's back from work! Where's Bella and Jackie by the way?" She mentioned Isabell and Hermione's younger twin sisters. "Oh ꜱʜɪ-" "MIONE!" "Sorry" Hermione muttered, "We forgot to pick them up at the park, again" Isabell started to dread seeing them again, not that she hated her twin sisters, but that. like Hermione, had strange things going on around them. She dreaded to think of them getting their letters next year, then, she would feel out of place in the Granger siblings, again. She had always felt like her parents never treated her with love. Of course they treated her with genuine love, they had (tried) to take her out to get ice cream with her other siblings, but she declined their offers. She hated going out with her family, not that it embarrassed her but that strangers came up to her parents and asked if she was adopted. She wasn't. Or that's what she thought so, she had brown wavy hair, brown chocolate eyes, just like her other sisters but something felt, different. As if she didn't belong in the family at all. Jean pointed towards the door, gesturing for them to go pick up their sisters. Isabell sighed, she walked up to the ______________ continued in credits
door while Hermione stayed in her place. "Why do we even need to take care of them?" she scoffed, "they're only a year younger than us" "Almost two" Isabell corrected "Like that even matters" "Mione!" Hermione scoffed again, "fine," she said, walking towards the front door, "but I'm saying that they are perfectly capable of taking care of themselves" Jean dangerously glared at Hermione, "If you don't behave, your grounded. I don't care if your a witch. This it doesn't give you and excuse to talk like this" Hermione scoffed again, "whatever you say" she rolled her eyes and headed towards the door. Isabell followed Hermione out the door. They carefully crossed roads, and made sure they wouldn't talk to any strangers. At one road Hermione had already crossed it and now it was Isabell's turn. She carefully looked both sides, checking for any cars before crossing. Just as she was halfway across the road, a car sped up, it didn't look like it was going to stop. Isabell tried to run but it was too late, the car had already hit her. But it didn't stop. The car sped away leaving Isabell in great pain, blood had already covered her right arm, she fought to stay conscious, pain shot through her leg. "Isabell!" Hermione cried running to Isabell's side, she looked at Isabell's bloody arm dragged her across the road and placed her onto the bench, "I'll go get the twins, they'll stay with you until I run back home. I'll tell mom to call the ambulance." Isabell couldn't say anything, her vision blurred.
