If you don’t know what your art is licensed under, it’s the Creative Commons license. This means anyone can use your projects but with credit. The Terms of use don’t specify what ‘credit’ means. So it could be a pixelated “Credit to Fruity-Gim” and they could use it ANY WAY THEY WANT. This means they could slap your artwork on a T-shirt and you CANNOT sue or ask for the money earned from the T-shirt. This also means that recolouring is allowed, with credit. The only fix of the problem is to NOT POST YOUR ARTWORK ON SCRATCH. Post it somewhere where you can license it better. In the meantime, let’s just hope that ST can afford to get better license or at least realise that this is a bit unfair. Thanks.
