A children's entertainer, by will of a persistent spell. Used to hold a place high up in manufacturing factory that employed some 'not-so-ethical' practices to produce toys, before said factory supposedly burnt down during the night. The higher-ups, himself including, happened to be ordering a group of maintenance workers around at the time, and disappeared along with the building. Well, they didn't *completely* disappear. News articles began popping up across the country, reporting strange creatures that appeared to have toy features alongside their own, each resembling places held at that company. He lead the team making gachapon toys, and had once held prominence over the group that made jack-in-the-boxes.
