[note- some parts of this are from my past application. However, I have made sure to update this thoroughly to align with myself at this moment in time.] For it is manager applications at present, I have chosen to apply, and therefore list several reasons pointing towards why I could be a good manager. These are my own reasons- if you do agree or disagree with any of the reasonings I have made, that is absolutely fine. 1. Relatively active in suggestions. I have been rather busy irl lately, so I have taken a slight break, but on a regular basis I enjoy making inputs in suggestions. It is also interesting to see others ideas, and come up with contrasting points, or back up them. Gwdfi is a wonderful place for me, and I do enjoy putting forward concepts to aid us in improving further, and I intend on helping to sort out some problems here. 2. Tries to be kind + helpful I believe kindness and respect is important, and makes the studio a lot more fun, so I strive to be a nice person. I also try to acknowledge new gwdfiers who may be more ignored due to the hierarchy here, which is an issue that I intend to aid cease. I do enjoy be chaotic occasionally, which is always fun for conversation here.
