"The Topsy Turvy Bar and Casino is Ventus Cities greatest bar and casino. Granted, it's probably because it's the only bar that is also a casino in Ventus, but statics don't lie! Especially with all that jazz, literally... But we need help! As of right now we need 10 more places to fill. 2 drinkers (beats), 3 staff workers (effects), 2 gamblers (melodies) and 3 entertainment spots (vocals). -You can be any age to submit a character but all characters you submit must be over the age of 21! -This is still an SFW mod though so please keep their clothes on. -This is not a joke mod so take character design seriously! You can make their bios a bit silly it's not that serious. -This isn't a horror mod! And it's not like "Hoplash Sailboat" where it secretly is. It's just a bar themed mod. -Finally, please don't steal any assets. -You can submit as many characters as you'd like BUT we'll only be accepting 1-2 per person."
