hello! welcome to my youth advisory board application. recently i’ve been having to make a lot of personal and professional decisions that will influence my future, and as a result, i’ve been pondering the question of, “who am i?” this app is themed around some of the elements of my answer to that question, each one represented by a doodle. neurodivergence (about me) — represented by a gold infinity symbol for autism, a sunflower for invisible disability, and a rainbow for neurodiversity queerness (what scratch means to me) — represented by interlocking pink and blue triangles for bisexuality, a black ring for asexuality, and a rainbow flag for pride. fandoms (favourite memory) — music represented by my interpretations of david bowie’s earthling album cover and u2’s the unforgettable fire album cover, science fiction represented by the rebel alliance symbol (star wars), the federation symbol (star trek), and the tardis (doctor who). interest in social sciences (improving scratch) — represented by stick people of various skin tones on a rainbow planet for diversity, and a line chart for statistics interest in writing (why participate) — represented by a journal, a sheet of paper, and a pen and pencil click on one of these icons and keep clicking to advance through the answer slides and return to the home page. music playing in the project is by buddy holly, david bowie, and clean bandit art (except on the thumbnail) by me, writing by me, graphics, font, and thumbnail elements from canva. please let me know if there’s any errors and good luck to everyone else applying!
