Maximum overdrive is the best you can do do not mess with ratings if you stole someone else's character it will not be ranked and be given a stolen ranking, but you can get them ranked by the real owner's permission. Please say that you got permission from the scratcher if you want to rate other characters that is fine as there is no copyright in scratch
