artist/band recommendations!

these are just pretty or really underrated music artists or bands that I like. I will say what genre their music is, give a light biography and give them a rating out of their singing skills, instrument skills, and overall creativity and talent. dad sports : they are a indie pop/indie rock/ dream pop band (with masculine vocals) known for their popular song 'so it be in my dreams' and 'dog cuddles', although those songs are good, I'd recommend listening to 'nrvs again', 'gfs haircut', and 'if you want to!' :) (10/10) orange flavored cigarettes : a very underrated music artist (with a very calming feminine vocals) that make music under the genre of indie folk/indie pop/dream pop (they only have 814 subscribers on yt, go give them support please! I swear their music is great ^^) (10/10 + I'd recommend to try and listen to their song that's named 'orange flavored cigarettes') vampire weekend : is a indie rock (or sometimes a sort or rock pop??) band (with masculine vocals) that is very popular, and known for their songs 'step', 'diane young', 'campus' and 'a-punk' but I feel like, personally their better songs are underrated unlike their slightly overatted songs that get millions of likes on youtube, anyway I'd recommend listening to 'ya hey', 'oxford coma', 'sunflower', 'everlasting arms' (very calm), and 'unbelievers' (my favorite song by them) :3 calpurnia : they are a indie rock band (with a pretty raspy boy vocals, in which I'm in love with, and sometimes a feminine voice and different masc voice) known for one of the band members being a famous actor (finn wolfhard, also one of my favorite actors), and also known for their popular songs 'greyhound' and 'city boy', although I love those songs very much I'd also recommend listening to 'cell', 'blame', and 'waves' (they were a band for only 2 years and made just 2 other songs and 2 covers ;v;). wallows : (MY FAVORITE BANDD) although they are pretty popular with their most popular songs being 'are you bored yet', 'these days' and 'pictures of girls', those are AMAZING songs but I'd still recommend 'a warning', 'your apartment', 'bad dream' and 'ice cold pool'. soap (different from SOAPISBAND) : a underrated some what french and spanish (??) bedroom pop band (with very pretty feminine vocals and sometimes masculine vocals, that also might not be still a band anymore since all of their songs are from 2-4 years ago), that is mostly known for their song 'call me', 'lockdown love', 'roll the dice' and 'el muchocho de los ojos' that I think is still pretty underrated just like their other songs, I'd recommend listening to all of their songs (they only have 8 out now) :3 soap (or soapisband) : a indie rock/ rock band (with masculine vocals) that does a lot of pretty good covers and is mostly known for their songs 'move 2 la', 'sewn shut', and '(not a) love song', even though I don't really like their music I think that someone else would like them :) goodkid : a very underatted indie rock/indie pop rock band (with masculine vocals) mostly known for their cover of 'from the start' james marriott : ik he's pretty popular as it is but i just love how beautiful his voice is + his amazing drums and gutair! mr floyd larry : his music is very calm, kinda like shoegaze or indie rock, and his voice is very comforting! lxst : a few of songs are my very favorite, and he just overall makes cool beats in his songs ysb tril : ig this guy is also pretty popular i just think hes a bit underratted yung pleit : i love his dudes musiccc, its so nice a chill but also so upbeat and entergetic idk how to really explain but honestly all his songs are good, he never released a single bad song istg ;praying hands; johnny orlando : HIS MUSIC IS SO GOODD, ik hes pretty popular because of that one song he released when he was 12 but honestly that song is his worst song ever i feel.. althoughhh the music he makes as a 18 or so year old is very good, he has a beautiful voice! wasia project : i love them sm, their music is so calm and pretty with soft masculine and feminine vocals, they are mainly known from heartstopper but i would reccomend all of there songs including the ones that arent in the show adan diaz : his music is very chill, its like a indie spanish rock and i love it! carbon amido : he is mainly known for his song 'lucy~' and even though i love that song with every fiber of my being all the rest of his songs are banger as well phoneboy : i love their music sm, its like an alternitive rock and i love just randomly coming back to listening to all their songs :> that's all so far! when I find other bands to recommend ill add them to here sooner or later, hope you found this helpful and enjoyed reading this :D
