Disclaimer: This project keeps hitting the Scratch project qqqqlimit so I’ve had to delete A LOT of stuff (fortunately the gameplay is the same — I’m actually SO MAD RN) I added the ice map environmental hazard but I had to delete that too :( Regular gameplay: Use [WASD] and [arrow keys] for movement. TAP your respective down keys [s/down] to do a normal attack: releases projectile or swings sword. With the exception of KIW and CMB, normal attacks do have a cooldown of ~0.7-0.8 seconds (PAR’s is a bit longer) so try not to spam :). HOLD [down] to perform a unique, special attack. (PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE remember to HOLD [down], this is key to the gameplay loop!!) TAP [Q] or [.] for a unique ultimate. Ultimates are only provided from APL to CMB; the rest have APL’s ultimate. (Optional: TAP [E] or [space] to dash and dodge, consuming ~30% of ultimate charge) …anyways I’ve added so much more but I can’t remember it all… Let me just list some changes (Hope you enjoy <3): • Bot/Summon reworks for all summoners (PEA (ultimate), AVO, DRA, CIN, PAS (ultimate), but not MND :( ). Summoners now work AWESOMELY with a health bar above them and the allocated player teams :). • New maps • No boss :( I’ll work on it properly after all characters are done which is probably in 2 years :D oh no… I’ll recreate this game in like Unity/Unreal Engine when I’m much much older) • Adjustable sliders! HP amount, lives, Keybinds (For when my keyboard broke), and… oh the map selection doesn’t work… it’s okay you can still use [B] to switch maps! • Fruit smoothie now has a 5th slot for ultimates… It doesn’t work AT ALL with characters with ultimates that linger after the animation. I’ll provide a list: Works great :D: APL, ASP, ONJ, GRP, CHI, MNG, PTO, PEA, PMK, COR, PAS Only works on characters with an ultimate with an enhancement, although it will be the ultimate of your current character: (KIW, CAT, SBR, CMB) KIW, CAT, SBR No… No… Avoid at all costs: BAN, MIN, CMB • NEW ABILITIES FOR: — PAS, MST, TUP, AVO, DRA, WAT, PAR and CIN — •PAS: After grappling an enemy, quickly perform a slam attack, stunning opponent. This will help you to do the seed spitting attack better! •MST: Now functions the same as ASP (though charged attack does less damage). HOLD [down] for even longer to jump in the air and aim the bow and arrow. (Same as old ability, make sure to do this in an open area!!) •TUP: Dashes forwards and becomes invulnerable for a bit, summoning a large scissor behind it. Press and HOLD [down] while sliding to jump mid air. TAP [down] to perform a plunge attack (like PMK). You can also just do the plunge attack by jumping mid air normally. •AVO: HOLD [down] to spawn a seedling. RELEASE [down] to create a running seedling or keep HOLDING for flying seedling. Upgrade health and damage of seedlings by using your TAP. The seedlings now bounce off walls! The flying seedling drops down and becomes a running seedling if opponent is below it. •DRA: Summons a dragon spirit that has better AI. HOLD [down] when far away from dragon to call it to you. HOLD [down] while near dragon to mount it. You are now able to fly (use all movement keys)!. The dragon bites automatically when near opponent. To dismount, HOLD [down] on the ground. •WAT: • Normal Mode: TAP to charge gun. TAP again to release a shot. You can do a special midair attack. HOLD [down] to fire two strong shots. How to go into Enhanced Mode: HOLD [down], then TAP [up] while still holding [down]. Tada! Do the same thing to return to Normal Mode. • Enhanced Mode: TAP to perform two shots. HOLD [down] to get a shine on ur glasses. Let go. After that, HOLD again and you continuously fire bullets at the opponent. To stop, let go of [down]. SPAM [down] while in the air to shoot multiple shots until hitting the ground. (kinda hard to do ummm … actually idk if u can do it. oh no) • MND’s broken right now and I’m thinking of removing him. But that’s okay one less character means one more character from you, utopian_flame :D • PAR can now TAP [down] midair to launch itself forward. • CIN got a cool rework! It now looks cuter and releases a pie with better physics and splash animation. Most importantly, TAPPING [down] will gain a stack of spice (see the indicator above opponent’s head). Gain 3 stacks to refresh your cooldown. HOLDING [down] will consume those stacks and (if you’re facing the right direction) trap the opponent in a pie for a bit. After, they get released and will spawn a rolling pie behind the opponent!
Ultimates: press Q or [.]. Using an ultimate provides invulnerability for as long as the animation is active. (Characters fade after ultimate finishes, e.g. after APL stops spinning or after BAN stops its spinny thing) • NEW ULTIMATES FOR: — MNG to CMB — •MNG: Throws a baby mango that summons a torrent of mango juice in a vertical path. Slows enemies. •PTO: Rises in the air with static electricity. It then releases 5 lightning strikes on either side of it (IMPORTANT: does not spawn lightning ON it, only AROUND it). If the opponent is hit by one of these strikes, they will get encased in a light-case which stuns them and deals massive damage. •PEA: Spawns a peashooter. The peashooter can also hit enemy bots/summons only if they are close to it. •BAN: Gains 3 charges. After using ultimate, HOLD [down] like normal gameplay to shoot an enhanced explosion. This explosion deals less damage, but takes less time to charge up, has no cooldown and leaves a slippery banana peel behind. •MIN: Burrows into the ground. It is then no longer invulnerable. Mint then deals AOE damage (slows enemy) three times before rising into the air and freezing the whole screen. After the ice fades, the whole map is laced with sleet, causing all characters to slide against the ground. (The opponent does not gain the speed buff when moving) The enemy also takes damage when touching the ground. •PMK: Slams the ground three times doing massive damage. (When I say massive, I mean massive: each slam does 40 dmg and the player only has 100 HP.) •SBR: Swirls with dual-blades in the air before slamming towards the ground. Is now enhanced. TAP attack becomes different. SPAMMING [down] midair will fire multiple projectiles. •COR: Rapidly fires a barrage of missiles that go in a straight path. After that, it releases a ring of homing missiles. (I was considering ur bomb idea but i can’t add too many new costumes + code bc of the Scratch limit. I want to finish the remaining cast) •PAS: Spawns 4 sentient hands that wander around. If it touches an opponent, it grabs it, stunning the enemy for 6 seconds. To free yourself, simply attack it (yes you can attack it while it’s holding you :D. •CMB. Rises into the air and fires many snowballs down.
