Kayleigh Lane//12//female//she,her//straight//she has long brunette hair that goes down to her lower back, freckles lining the bridge of her nose, blue eyes, scattered scars on her arms and neck, 5’3”, pale-ish skin//a simple beige hoodie, faded blue jeans, black combat boots//She's a very calm and observant person, great at picking locks and will be very blunt to most. Though, will do anything in her power to annoy someone. She'll be very reckless when doing some fun since she's a child and hide any fear she has, to test subjects at least. She's also intelligent and untrusting, rarely corporates though, stubborn, once she gets to know someone she’ll be more talkative but not by much. She will make snarky remarks, mostly to herself though. If you annoy her she will become annoying and snappy. Oh, and she’s surprisingly strong while fighting and a bit street smart.//none for now//She can mimic anyone’s voice which creates an illusion over her that makes it seem like she is the person she is mimicking, like she shapeshifted//Only for about a week//Her goal is to make the staff believe she is going crazy. And maybe a few test subjects. A bit more to her backstory: Both her parents died when she was around five due to a car accident but her older brother became her and her younger sisters legal guardian. He had DID though so sometimes he would be quite abusive to her, sometimes kind to her, and other times just ignore her completely. One day, he was having an episode so she took her sister who was five at the time and she was seven to the park. Her sister wandered over to a river while Kayleigh was distracted by something and she fell in. Kayleigh heard her screams and ran over, almost grabbing her but couldn’t and her sister died. Since she was only a child she felt it was her fault. As she came home, her brother gave one of the worst beatings to her ever, which makes her remember that day quite vibrantly. She didn’t understand why he did this so would hide from him a lot when he was having one of his episodes, especially that night. The only reason she wants to escape the facility is because she wants to make sure her brother is alive and well, which is unlikely even though she doesn’t want to face the truth.
