Once a city begins to grow in population, many cities try to fix this with cloverstacks! However, converting a cloverleaf into a cloverstack or stack interchange can be quite difficult and expensive with all the pavement removal. lets look at easier ways to convert a cloverleaf into a more traffic friendly interchange! got the slideshow from this dead website: ushighwayassociation.gov/forums/post/344752.staffpost I just added the "next slide" code to make the slides functional again. I couldn't use the fonts in the original slideshow because they where also in the scratch SVG format for some reason so i just used sans serif as the font for most of them.
