edit : I’m back from vacation . I will work on art trades as soon as possible and will be starting school in a couple of weeks edit : my grandfather(a church elder) called me and my family out in front of his entire church and had everyone clap for us?? bro church was so awkward I barely know Chinese and having to talk to all the aunties and uncles and smile awkwardly is actual hell.. you can tell they’re talking about you you just don’t know what they’re saying about you. fun times. - 7/28 edit : don’t you just love it when your asian grandparents take you out to dim sum but spend most of the time talking to the servers in rapid fire chinese and you can’t understand a thing …. the food was amazing though if you haven’t been to a good dim sum place and eaten till you were stuffed and gotten food coma from it then you haven’t lived life - 7/28 edit : GUYS. GUYS. My grandma order 6 dozen(72) zongzi from a lady at her church. SIX DOZEN. I mean , I’m not complaining, but.. that’s a lot of zongzi 7/25 edit : my mom is going out for a run the day we leave?? Anyways she woke me up it’s 6:45 in the morning I have everything packed. I ALSO HIT 200 FOLLOWERS!! I want to do something special for that(maybe a dmc?) - 7/25 edit : I’m packing rn and I’m stressed for no reason. Anyways I’m going on a plane and I haven’t been on one since 2019 which has been 5 years so let’s see how it goes (it’s literally just a 2 hour flight ,, so it shouldn’t be bad) - 7/24 going on vacation this Thursday(7/25) I forget the exact day i’m coming back Not sure how active I’ll be over vacation, and I certainly won’t be posting art to people who I owe trades : I’ll try getting them done before I leave but no guarantees because I have art block. I have a sketch done of both art trades but the sketches are unsatisfactory in my eyes so I’m probably going to redo them again once my art block is through.
