Story: (SPOILERS FOR THE PRIDERATES) Orion is a fifteen year old non-binary pansexual. They grew up with their Swedish grandmother, who is a straight ally. After their grandmother died, they were chased by hom0phobic authorities and ran away to join The Priderates, a ship full of goofy queer pirate kids. After some amount of sailing with Alf (Trans Lesbian Ace, she/her) and Louisa (Bisexual), they discover a girl in the water. Orion saves her. She says her name is Josie, she's an orphan and a straight ally, she was running off because of her hom0phobic town. The group lets her join out of pity, even though technically the group is gays only. Her and Orion become fast friends, and eventually Josie comes out to the group as Questioning sexuality. (By then the group's like eight people.) At this point Orion is developing a crush on Josie, and is seriously hoping that she likes them back. (Long story short, Josie is aroace and Orion is depressed.) Then Felix joins, xer a-spec and pangender (he/him pronouns preferred, but I'm taking liberties with pronouns). Josie and Felix become seriouslt close friends, and Josie begins helping Felix with xer sexuality, and Orion becomes obsessed over the fact that they're lovers. Which they're not.
