CHANGE LOG: 24/7/24 (1) - Clicking the cat *should* make it randomly change size. 24/7/24 (2) - ...no it just seems to grow. Stunning start me. 24/7/24 (3) - Clicking cat changes it's size & colour randomly. Clicking Start resets cat back to original state. 24/7/24 (4) - Clicking cat now also plays a meow sound and changes it's position randomly. 24/7/24 (5) - Meow counter added (It counts clicks of cat). Game Over is yet to be fully functional but should happen when the timer is over 5 seconds. 24/7/24 (6) - Now if more than 5 seconds passes between clicks it's Game Over. High Score system yet to be fully implemented. 24/7/24 (7) - High Score system implemented. 24/7/24 (8) - Timer updated. Only starts after the first click & only time between clicks is counted. Stops going a little bit after Game Over, needs adjustment. 25/7/24 (1) - Rudimentary clone effect now triggered when cat is clicked, needs improvement. 25/7/24 (2) - The way I've coded this prevents me from playing a sound when it's Game Over, or more accurately, play a sound once and then have it stop. I think I may have to start from scratch if I want this game to have proper audio. No pun intended. 25/7/24 (3) - NOPE. I don't need to re-do anything I got it to work anyway. Game Over sound now plays. 25/7/24 (4) - Background music now plays. Cat, Timer & Meow Counter now disappear when it's Game Over. 25/7/24 (5) - Meow changes pitch randomly each click. 29/7/24 (1) - Note to self: I haven't given up, it's just been busy. I will keep working on this.
This project may change several times, or not at all. I'm possibly maybe gonna be practicing the basics of code. Without absolutely no disrespect to Scratch, it's great platform for kids to learn, but I can't believe I'm back here. This is so weird.
