* I made my own text engine in my game Skeb Turtle (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/871411644/), and then I made it more flexible to generate subtitles for a video I was making. * After some touch ups and explanatory comments, YOU can now use this project for dialogue, subtitles, and other applications for text! * Instructions (tap the screen to mute the music btw) -------- - Type in your words (all lowercase, and use "_" to skip a line) - Set your starting x position (if you type "d box" it will automatically move your text inside of your text box. with d box activated, you can press space to continue to the next text box). - Set your starting y position (this is skipped if you chose "d box") * Q&A ------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Q.
