*********************Chapter 17: Fate********************* Ajia: I pulled out the darkened Master Sword and the Hylia Sword. Each one in my hand, with the Enhancer in my pocket, I charged Ganon with full strength. I would do whatever it took to make things right. As soon as I charged in, Riju and her guards came after him also, but he snapped his fingers and they all froze. I was running too fast to slow for them. I went in to slash at Ganon finding my arm frozen. Ganon had grabbed the Hylia Sword mid-air, and held it in his hand. I was in shock. "Now, you think I wouldn't know how to stop you?" He asked. He grabbed my hand with his other hand, and disarmed me. Emily stood behind him and watched. I wondered if she would do anything. "Do you want to know why I really can't die?" He asked. He leaned in. "It's because a part of me is in you." He whispered. I trembled. "You were looking for the rest of your power," I realized. "You were looking for me." "Finally you get it. Where did you think your dark power came from? I had been planning this for a long time. You just happened to be the perfect candidate." Ganon said. What Ganon didn't realize, was that he also revealed his fate. While Ganon was talking, I knew what I had to do. I held the enhancer out. Ganon looked at me suspiciously. "Are you trying to empower me?" He laughed. That was when I did the unfathomable. I stabbed myself with the enhancer. Pain seared up my back and my chest. I started falling backwards. My vision blurred. Emily ran over to help me. She held me up. "What did you do?!?" Ganon yelled. He held his stomach, just as I held mine. Riju and her guards were put out of their frozen prison and rushed over to finish Ganon off. Victory was ours. Or... was it? Then enhancer being stabbed into me both destroyed my dark magic, and destroyed my light. The world seemed to have darkened. Emily set me down softly and teleported away. I saw a shadow of a woman approach me, before my eyes shut. Probably forever.
I know this is a short chapter, and it seems like a horrible ending, but don't you worry. It's not over yet. Chapter 16: Chapter 18:
