Heyyy! Im back again. Uhh yea THIS SI FROM MOST RECENT TO OLDEST. context for each piece! (And a couple rants): 1. I made this piece with no music. Usually i listen to music when im drawing, bit i watched a couple videos the other day and it made me feel differently about using music so much in my life?? I think everyone should check this video out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aJTAsYUYbR4 the point i brought it up is because whenever ur multitasking, u think ur being productive but ur not giving it ur all at whatever things ur multitasking. Like, if i were drawing and listening to music, i would be putting half of my effort into drawing and putting half my effort into listening to the music, if yk what i mean? Im not putting all of my effort on drawing. So i took the headphones out and i just drew with my thoughts emtpy and entire focus in the artwork, and thats why now i feel really proud of it. Ill color it tmrw 2, 3, 4: one of my “love the sketch, hate the colors” moments. I seriously dont know how to color backgrounds :/ most prolly ill have the characters be bright and funky and then the background is just black and white and greys. I think thatll look cool 5. UGHH I HATE HOW THE FACE TURNED OUT!! Whenever i dont know what to draw, i pull out a portrait, set my brush to wet acrylic on procreate, and literally just copy a reference from scratch. Like, no sketch. No lineart. Proportions are guessed. Thats it. You’ll see in the next one that sometimes theyre good and in this case it was a lil funky 6.
