[[ Warning: If you want to comment on my project and try to convince me why it's bad or "good" , I'm not gonna be convinced cause I'm bad at debate/opinion already. It's okay if you wanna dip a toe into saying your opinion but large paragraphs may frighten me. ]] Well, this is news I didn't ask for and I didn't wanna hear about. I said "might" in the project because it's a possibility that they might add it since they're experimenting with it*. ( *They have no thoughts of adding it anytime soon, but there is a possibility they might do it. Let's say, 0.001%.) Both of my favorite types of art (writing and art) are being used by AI to feed it into its algorithm with thousands, if not millions of media that might be stored into its system, turning it into ai slop that anybody can use to claim that they're good at something or even to do bad things- like scam people and break laws even. I mean, even though this is a big problem, I still feel neutral about it despite being shown all of the cons that could possibly be shown. I do not condemn ai-generated pictures, nor do I condone it either. It's a grey-zone for me really since I tried it almost a few times already. No, I'm not one of those "AI Artists" that aren't artists at all really, just saying that I feel neutral about this whole AI debate. Well, on the scratch side of things I do believe that AI shouldn't be added onto here because it limits human creativity, and ruins the whole point of Scratch being well- Scratch. AI isn't gonna do anything world-ending unless us humans allow it to develop that way. That sentence is literally all I have to say about the future of this. Well, let's see how this plays out.
