Design TOS; Character can be regifted, retraded and resold as long as the current owner has added original art to it. Trade should not worth more than what you gave to get the character, eg, if u traded a character for this one, u should only get a character when trading away this one (Unless more art/ commissions addes Can resign - please don't be too far off from original concept/ design idea Owner should not claim to be the design creator even if the character is redesigned.
