Click the green flag to translate something. It will ask you what language you want to translate TO, for example, if you want to know how to say, "hello" in Spanish, you would type "Spanish". Next, type what you want to translate. In the above example you would simply type "hello". If you write a language that can't be translated by Scratch or if you spell something wrong, there's no guarantee that the translation will be correct. This is one of my most basic projects. :/
