Ai art us something I've wanted to talk about for a while now, and finally I have an excuse to. I'll begin with stating my general opinion. AI art is NOT real art. I think that goes for most artists. I've never had my work stolen by AI but I can understand how frustrating it must be having your work taken and used, especially without your permission. Now, what's prompted me to make this is that ALLEGEDLY the scratch team is working on a feature that is able to make AI 'art'. Honestly, scratch was never the best place for artists to begin with, and now hearing this - it makes everything much worst. Personally, I think that AI art will never be real art. You can argue all you want, this is just my opinion. I'm honestly not expecting anyone to see/interact with this post, but I felt like I needed to rant about this. Here are some... TIPS ON HOW TO SPOT AI ART: 1. Weird/misshapen hands or knuckles. 2. Blank or overly expressive faces. 3. Weird rendering. 4. Random lines. 5. Unrealistic body proportions. Note: If you do find an AI art account claiming that the 'art' is their own, the best thing to do is to report and to not interact with the posts more than you have to, as this is just boosting the account.
