For those who don't know. scratch made a post talking about how they were thinking about adding an AI art feature to scratch. (luckily they said they aren't adding it anytime soon -> https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1049620518/ ) But that doesn't change the fact that AI art is a problem. As an artist, I might stop posting entirely if they add the AI art feature. Ai could be used for many things. But for every good thing u could use it for, there are 100 bad things. Ai is getting better every single day, and that's not good for artists. I hope scratch doesn't add AI at all. BUT. as a community, we need to ensure that it doesn't happen. Please help spread awareness about AI art to help ensure that Ai art never gets added to scratch!
