The Firefly Government through the Central bank of Spirit will use a ⨏500,000,000 Firounces (⨏1 = $0.1 US Dollars) loan to then be split between the provinces that are in the industrialization plan. The plan contains laying miles of railroad contacting the industrial districts already existing and planned. Each provinces using their piece of the loan will create a program to encourage the creation of factories and refineries. Out of the Railroad the longest length planned to be built is the Inland to Market Railroad heading north from the mining town of Rugburg to contact farms and mining towns to industries that would develop in the south.
