When I saw this block I thought it was a new block and was going to post about it but when I made a new project it was no longer there so I believe it was an untested block they accidentally put out for like a hole Min! Luckily I was able to keep the block in a new project were I had found it in controls you can see the block in Scratch cat in Project!
