If you find any errors, inconsistencies, or loopholes, please point them out to me. 1. The name pieces that parents assign to their kittens must be adjectives. 2. Each name piece must start with a capital letter (so it would be ShinyKit rather than Shinykit). 3. All kittens must have names consisting of a first part (assigned by parents) followed by "Kit," with no space between the two. 4. All apprentices must have names consisting of a first part (assigned by parents) followed by "Apprentice," with a space between the two. 5. All warriors and doctors must have names consisting of a first part (assigned by parents) and a second part (assigned by leader). Whether there is a space between the two name pieces is a matter of whether the leader wants a pause between them. 7. The second part of all warriors' and doctors' names must be a noun and cannot be or contain "Apprentice," "Kit," "Leader," or "Sunglasses." 8. When someone becomes leader, they may choose to change the first part of their name to whatever adjective they want. This can only be done once, and only at that time. 9. The second part of the leader's name must be "Sunglasses." 10. If the leader is demoted, they will be called by their previous name. 11. No one may have any more or less than two name pieces. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ INSULTS IN SUNGLASSESCLAN On this island, rats are smaller, weaker, and less important than mice. Being called or compared to a rat is not complimentary. Being called "mouse" in this community could imply power and importance, or it could imply destructive and/or annoying tendencies. The insult "mouse-brain" is not used in SunglassesClan. The insult "mouse-heart" has taken on a meaning roughly equal to the traditional "fox-heart," replacing the latter term and losing its association with cowardice.
NOTES This shows some of a Scratch project I'm currently working on, which does not yet have a name. The red cat got a sunburn. It's crazy how much code it takes to get a few mice to scream, run away, die, and get picked up. I love my NPCs. And also space efficiency. I managed to produce a picture of Imitative that looks a little less like an axolotl! The names Poisson and Poison are meant to be read as French words (they mean "fish" and "poison"). These two are brothers. Poison didn't bother to learn French as his lookalike did. Instead, he went out and somehow taught himself to understand things that birds say. Now he eavesdrops on birds regularly to learn everyone's secrets. The player is the smallest full-grown member of SunglassesClan. Not fun, considering that, due to its habitat among the screamer mice, this clan highly values size and physical strength. No, Poisson and Poison do NOT have a healthy relationship. Beetle's nice, though. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ CREDITS gave the name Intrepid. The full name is Intrepid Masonry. ToadishBite and the cat telling him not to scream are the SunglassesClan versions of Toadbite and Horizonglint from 's Scratch comic, Eternal Apprentice. They sing in chapter 33, which is here: "Insanity Is Alright" is a song by Liam Vickers. All instrumental. It can be found on YouTube if you wish to hear it.
