This condition reduces the coloring (pigmentation) of the iris, which is the colored part of the eye, and the retina , which is the light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye. The diagnosis of albinism is typically made clinically based on the presence of characteristic physical features such as white or light-colored hair, skin, and eyes, as well as nystagmus (involuntary eye movements) and reduced visual acuity (That means she can be temporarily blind sometimes).
