The sky above is bright and the waves are churning, but down here it is cool and dark and calm. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I was aiming for something unique and combined a few things I've been thinking about. This is inspired by bioluminescence in ocean organisms.
