Can you get enough air to send your little bubble to the surface? While you're at it, why not decorate the bottom of the sea?
Before you start criticizing me for making you have to get enough air to send the bubble up, I KNOW bubbles go up without having a specific amount of air. But I wanted to add a bit of creativity to this project.
