Welcome to Deed Plotter, a program that probably none of you will know how to use. It essentially can map out a property given the legal description in a certain format so that you can compare the shapes of two possibly different pieces of property. DISCLAIMER: Information from this program is not to be used for any legal purposes and cannot be used to clarify title issues.
I am going to be the only person who knows how to use this, mwahahahaha!!! If you want to learn, you can search up how to use a deed plotting software. Instructions: Start off by telling it what corner to go to using compass directions. (ne, nw, se, sw) and put a / before it if you do not want it to map its path there.
