It essentially can map out a property given the legal description in a certain format so that you can compare the shapes of two possibly different pieces of property. I am going to be the only person who knows how to use this, mwahahahaha!!! If you want to learn, you can search up how to use a deed plotting software. Instructions: Start off by telling it what corner to go to using compass directions. (ne, nw, se, sw) and put a / before it if you do not want it to map its path there. Then, input each call in this format: (first one-letter direction)(degrees)(period ".")(minutes)(seconds)(second one-letter direction)(space " ")(distance) Example: /ne s45.0000w 1320 Commands: Edit Del (line #/all) Ins Plot Res Save Load Notepad:
