See original project for scoring mechanism and stuff. This is to prove to @GarboMuffin that using if <> else in the way he does in quicksort is actually usually slower than using if<not<>>. I came up with this idea after seeing @ChromeCat's Every Block Timed v2 because not only were <not> blocks one of the fastest blocks on Scratch, if <> else blocks were significantly slower than if <> blocks. I have no idea where GarboMuffin got the idea that <not> blocks are slow, I guess it may have been Scratch 2.0 knowledge carried over to Scratch 3.0?
