Well, as the first part of our plan we will begin building up our space agency, launching massive advertisements across the nation in order to find qualified astronauts for the agency. The ones who sign up will be put in a intense interview face to face with Enrico Palermo ( the head of our space program) and there will also be a lie detector to see if they are lying or not. We also will attempt to hire astronauts and engineers abroad, who will be offered $2.3million at first upon joining us and an additional $450,000 salary per year. An National Oceanic Space Academy will be also opened in Sydney, where we will get some of our workers at our space agency to teach talented students . Students will only be able to get in through applications, where we will have a very low acceptance rate and only allow 10,000 students per year, with some exceptions. Scholarships will also be given out, but there will be not much. Students will stay here from 18-22 and can choose to do an extra year if they want. After they finish the entire course they will have to take an test which will cover everything that they've learnt and what to do in space and in emergency situations. They will need to score a certain percentage in order to be accepted to work in our agency. We aim to expand our agency from -16,000 workers to around 30,000 by the end of 2026. Our engineers would also begin working on designing a perfect space suit for our astronauts, and also build a stable rocket that can be used multiple times for trips between space and earth. A spacecraft will also be built, requiring a stable structure, power supply, communication system and other things which are all needed for a successful moon landing, the landing crew will be chosen among all of our top astronauts, which will consist of a 3 person crew, each having their own task to ensure a safe landing when the day comes. (we are just preparing and we are not launching yet) We expect to have everything done and built by atleast early 2027.
